GRTalent Consulting is proud to offer the chance for 30 students (14-17 years old) to attend the prestigious Stanford Pre-Collegiate International Institutes in summer 2018!

More than a Summer Program

The application for 2018 Stanford Pre-Collegiate International Institutes (SPII) is now officially closed! Please stay tuned for our latest updates early next year!

SPII is a unique summer experience combining an innovative mix of classes, excursions, university admission talks and multicultural exchange that are not typically available in high school and are taught in a college-style seminar setting.

For the third consecutive year, GRTalent Consulting has been their collaborator recruiting students from Hong Kong, Macau, and China. This year, a total of 30 applicants ranging from 14-17 years old will be selected to participate in this transformational educational experience at Stanford University.

Students will get a chance to explore the famous Stanford campus and Silicon Valley. They will also be making new friends with students from other countries.

Program Design

The academic program exposes participants to university-level content and teaching style in a classroom that fosters communication, innovation, and creativity. Courses, labs, and workshops draw on a range of subjects taught in the Stanford schools of Humanities and Sciences, Engineering, Medicine, and Business.

One of the highlights of the program is participating in the Cultural Exchange. This Cultural Exchange serves as a platform for students from different countries to interact with each other, learn about other cultures and customs, and create life-long bonds. In past years, students have performed dance routines, recited poetry, and sang national songs from their respective countries.

Participants will also be exposed to the American college life experience by living in dormitories used by Stanford undergraduates during the academic school year. They will eat in Stanford cafeteria-style dining halls, which serve a range of healthy options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Recruitment Criteria & Application Procedures

We use rolling admissions. Upon receipt of the application form and other required information, we will schedule an appointment with the student for a face-to-face/Skype interview and release the admission result within two weeks. The space is only confirmed when the full program fee is paid. As we only admit 10-20 students for each session, we encourage interested parents and students to apply as soon as possible.
